This position can start out as an employee position or as a full time partner depending on your skills and assets. Employees are trained to become Computer Know How Service and Support technicians and future partners. They are given the skill to perform h/w, s/w, network and internet support work. The structure of our firm is modeled along the lines of professional organizations like law, CPA or Architectural firm where we have associates (computer technicians), who can become full partners (i.e. part owners) in the company.  Individual must be energetic, self-motivated and have a strong work ethic. Position duties include computer hardware repair and software support for IBM PC class computers along with installations, maintenance and management of small businesses networks, intranets and web sites. Basic knowledge of computers and software is necessary. Good communications skills are important. If you have been down sized, or you are a retired military person or you are just looking to start on a second career, then that is a plus. A working knowledge of business applications like accounting software, office productivity tools (office packages), the internet, web site and Local Area Network (LAN) systems are also plus. Employee can progress thru 6 positions including: Tech Trainee, Junior Tech, Technician, Senior Tech, Supervisor and Partner. It is also possible to start at any of those positions. Base Pay/benefits will range from 20k to 65k per year depending on the individual skills and productivity. The upper end of the scale shows what partner can easily make. There is no limit to how much you can earn.  Benefits include base pay, established house accounts, retirement plan, health insurance, merit pay, paid lunch hour, training bonuses, auto/gas allowance, profit sharing, quarterly sales commission, birthday off with pay, overtime/holiday pay and sick leave/vacation pay. Partners also get established house accounts (so they don't have to go out and find them), full vehicle allowance, computer equipment allowances, special training allowances, auto, life, dental & executive health insurance benefits plus profit sharing through distributions.
